Real Madrid midfielder Guler: The key demands I've learned from my teammates here

Real Madrid midfielder Arda Guler says he's learned this season from his senior teammates.

After a slow start, Guler has impressed in the latter stages of his first campaign in Spain.

He told Kafa Sports: "Players want to win the Champions, but I can say that they have the same idea of winning the game that day. This is something I have seen for the first time here.

"Everyone goes to workouts with concentration and discipline. This is something I have learned here that helps me improve myself even more every day. They have an incredible character, they never accept defeat, they are very ambitious.

"They are highly motivated. Every day they demand more of themselves than their peers and I am happy to be getting used to this pressure at this age."
